SO GLORY BE
(LORD COMMISSION ME)

Witness in the court of our father
The reasoning of faith
No rejection from salvation
When self exaltation a christian makes
Submission to our fathers will
The lord of all this earths creation
He offers a new Jerusalem to fill
With peace and love on his plantation
So glory be, lord commission me
To stand on holy ground
I’ll be upright for the world to see
I’m a servant of your industry renowned
So gory be, lord commission me
To the vineyards of belief
Where my grapes of wrath are set free
And the vine of life my relief
Fulfilment in the house of the lord
Is accomplished in prayer
The meek be satisfied
When the conscience has a care
Spirit of our fathers power
Enhances the passion for the greater good
Therein lies love in his high tower
And the glory that is faith understood
Open oneself to the guidance of god
Follow his holy wake
Let sin fall foul
Personify his art it’s our keepsake
Value our fathers good grace
For fellowship sincere and for honest ways
Foundation puts creation and patience in place
The meaning of life is thankgiving days
Lead us lord through the beautiful gate
Followers are now abundant
Disciples we’ve all become
We’re an army without armour except for faith
Stand tall on the mountain
Be a light for the world to see
True faith is what we must maintain
While holy homage is paid to thee
So glory be, lord commission me
