The spinning flame from the candle

Sends shadows up the wall

It’s something i can’t handle

The shadows that crawl

I can see your image

Dancing with delight

The wall is your stage

Where you have no stage fright

 

 

And my mind is in free fall

No more am i your white knight

You’ve taken heavens call

How can i now stand upright

My emotions i can’t disguise

Because you are behind my eyes, you are behind my eyes

 

Filled with a sense of wonder

With nostalga in the air

My hearts been put asunder

Knowing you’re not there

And the wind blows freely

Whistling your name

The room now becomes chilly

My body is a cold frame

 

And my mind is in free fall

No more am i your white knight

You’ve taken heavens call

How can i now stand upright

My emotions i can’t disguise

Because you are behind my eyes, you are behind my eyes

 

There was no doubt about romance

I offered you my hand

Love was at first glance

Now no mans land

But the silence keeps talking

In images sublime

My mind is forever stalking

The heavens for my arrival time

 

And my mind is in free fall

No more am i your white knight

You’ve taken heavens call

How can i now stand upright

My emotions i can’t disguise

Free reign is in my imagination

The spirit floats to ground

Heaven can have my donation

My body heaven bound

And the dark turns inwards

Time slowly fades

Soon we’ll be having words

So broken hearts mend their ways

 

And my mind is in free fall
